We do NOT provide any physical construction work, on-site execution, installation, or hands-on implementation services. Our role is to provide professional advice, guidance, and recommendations to support your project planning and decision-making.

2. Client Obligations

• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your project, including but not limited to project scope, design plans, and any relevant documentation.
• You are responsible for reviewing and implementing our consulting advice, and for ensuring compliance with all applicable local, national, and European laws, regulations, and building standards.
• You agree to cooperate with our team to the extent necessary to deliver the requested consulting services.

3. Service Delivery

All consulting services will be delivered remotely, via email, phone, or other agreed digital communication channels. We will use reasonable efforts to deliver services within the agreed timeframe, but we shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control or delays resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you.

Consulting deliverables (where applicable) will be provided in digital format and are for your exclusive use in connection with your project.

4. Payment Terms

All service prices displayed on our website are guide prices for reference only. Final fees will be agreed upon following a detailed consultation and confirmation of project scope and requirements.

Payment must be made in full or in agreed installments prior to or at the time of service delivery, as specified in your service agreement.

Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension or termination of services, without prejudice to our other rights and remedies.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our website, consulting materials, recommendations, and deliverables (excluding your project-specific information) remain the exclusive property of NADINE ENGINEERING LIMITED.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our consulting deliverables solely for your project. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our materials without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any losses arising from the provision of our services is limited to the total fee paid for the relevant service. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, project delays, or additional costs, arising from your use of our services or reliance on our advice.

We shall not be liable for any losses resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you, or from your failure to implement our advice or comply with applicable regulations.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice if the other party breaches these Terms and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable period.

Upon termination, you shall pay all fees for services already delivered. We shall retain all intellectual property rights in our deliverables, and you shall cease using our materials unless otherwise agreed.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
